Position: Executive Production Coordinator on the road.

Responsibilities: Coordination of executive production for the Brazilian National Tour of the Disney Ice Skating Show, under the general coordination of OPUS and in contact with Feld Entertainment (USA). Budget management, Team Management. Selection of suppliers and hiring of human resources, specialized and general services (logistics, security, access, food, permits in each city, office and dressing facilities). Coordination of the team of producers in the executive area; coordination of the operation to open the house every day of the show; preparation of production and closing documents; involvement in the production, load in/out and operational phases of the event. Organization of special events for press, TV.
